Reports

What was taken, by shop and by period — and the reports beside it.

  1. 1

Open Reports. Choose the period — a preset, or Other dates — and one shop or All shops. A report covers a year at most.

  2. 2

Takings are what customers paid for Services and Products, with Tips said apart; refunds and undone sales are already netted out of every line. A running month says “(so far)”.

  3. 3

Credit sold (not in takings) stands apart: a gift card or a package is money received before the service is given, and becomes takings when it is. Free through loyalty counts the free ones at their price.

  4. 4

Under each barber: how many sales and what came in; “To pay” is their whole pay, their share of the tips in it — the same figure as Commissions and their own phone. The owner and a manager with full access see everyone; a barber sees their own on their phone.

  5. 5

More reports: Card machine (every payment asked of the machine), Refunds, Gift cards and credit (held today, and what these days moved), Paid online (what the booking page took), Hours (each week's visits: the time booked and on site).

  6. 6

Export CSV takes the figures to a spreadsheet; Print / PDF makes the page a document for the accountant.

We answer by the next working day.
