Open Reviews. Two hours after a visit they booked online, the customer is asked for a review — stars alone, or with words. The ones waiting on you come first: those reported and waiting on BarbOS, then those with No answer yet.
- 2
Open a review and press Answer: what you write shows under it, in public, on your booking page. Save answer; change it when you must — an empty answer takes it back.
- 3
Your page shows the shop's star once three reviews are in — before that, “No star yet — three reviews show it”.

A review that is abusive, gives somebody's private details or is not about a visit: Report to BarbOS. Support reads it, the customer never does, and the page says what support did. A review Held for a check, or Hidden by support, is marked so and is not on your page.

Every review is told to the barber it is about and to the owner by e-mail, so nobody learns of an unhappy customer from the page.
We answer by the next working day.
