Who sees what

   Open Settings → People. Each person's Role says what they open; the hint under it says it in a line.

   Owner — everything, the business and its subscription. One per business; changed by support.

   Senior manager — every shop: its people, day close, calendar, reports and stock, the network, commissions and pay. Not the catalogue, the card machine or the subscription.

   Manager — one shop: its people, day close, calendar, customers, reports and stock. Limited access narrows a manager to Calendar, customers, reviews and the till only — for somebody who runs the diary, not the money.

   Staff — a PIN for the till; with a phone login, their own day: calendar, numbers, time off.

   BarbOS support can look at your screens as the owner sees them, read only, for thirty minutes, to help you — and every time it does, your business's own trail says so.
